Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, bookings and services provided by Just Goat Production Services, LLC ("Just Goat," "we," "us"). Your signed quote, rental agreement or booking confirmation may include additional terms. If anything conflicts, the signed document controls.

Services

Just Goat coordinates talent services, chauffeured transportation, talent trailers, golf carts, basecamp support and related production services. Chauffeured transportation and partner fleet units are provided by independent, licensed and insured operators. Just Goat manages scheduling, coordination and communication for your booking.

Quotes and booking

• Quotes are based on the dates, times, locations, headcount and services you provide. Changes may change the price.
• A booking is confirmed only after you sign the quote or agreement and payment is received.
• Vehicles, trailers and equipment are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.

Payment

• Services are paid in full before the booking date unless your agreement states otherwise.
• Incidentals and overages, such as overtime, additional stops, extra mileage, parking, tolls, fuel surcharges and added services, are billed after the job.
• Gratuity is optional and at the client's discretion unless included in your quote.

Overtime and wait time

Services that run past the booked time are billed at the hourly rate in your quote. Wait time beyond any included grace period is billed the same way.

Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation terms, including any notice periods and fees, are stated in your quote or agreement. Please send changes and cancellations in writing to hello@justgoatproduction.com.

Passenger and renter conduct

• Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in any vehicle or trailer.
• Cleaning, damage and lost items caused by passengers, guests or crew are billed to the client at cost.
• Chauffeurs may end service if passengers act in an unsafe or unlawful way, without refund.

Equipment and golf cart rentals

• Golf carts, trailers and equipment are rented under a written rental agreement and delivery condition report.
• The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup, including damage, loss and misuse.
• Any security deposit is not a cap on the renter's responsibility for damage or loss.
• Commercial renters may be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Just Goat Production Services, LLC as additional insured.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, road closures, venue or security restrictions, mechanical failure, flight delays or other events outside our reasonable control. We will work to arrange alternatives when possible.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, trailers or equipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
